World Xinomavro Day in Rookie.

November 1st has been established as World Xinomavro Day.

The wineries of the region where this variety is produced (the wider region of Macedonia, focusing on Naoussa), celebrate by taking various actions, as does the Association of Winemakers of Northern Greece!

We at Rookie from November 1st and for a few days, we will have special Xinomavro labels in various styles and versions, in glass, for you to try!
