In the province of Segovia, northwest of Madrid and more specifically in the village of Nieva, stands “Ossian Vides y Vinos” winery; αn effort based οn the revival of some of the oldest pre-phylloxera Verdejo vines in Spain. Standing out for its commitment to organic viticulture, the “Ossian Vides y Vinos” winery produced an exclusive selection of wines, renowned for their outstanding character and quality.

Through a memorable tasting of 7 of the finest wines, we will not only journey to Spain but also experience a 6-course menu, exclusively inspired and curated by the Executive Chef of the historic hotel, Asterios Koustoudis and the Head Sommelier, Evangelos Psofidis.
