Seafood & Wine Pairing in Fiki².
How many times have you wondered “Hmmm, what should I come up with now with this dish?”
Many times for sure.
That’s why we created the seafood & wine pairing Event, in which you will have the opportunity to taste imaginative seafood creations, accompanied by refined Greek wines!
The Head chef: Konstantinos Sidiras and Sous chef: Vassilis Kiouftis curate the creation of the dishes while with us will be the Sommelier: Vasilis Metaj (Certified WSET Advanced -Court of Master Sommelier).
- Cheviche sea bass with kumquat, olive and roe paired with Assyrtiko – Santorini Sigalas.
- Agnolotti octopus ”pastitsio” paired with Mandilaria, Aidani – Grace Anhydrous.
- Chickpea with cuttlefish sausage and crispy onion Viognier paired with Agios Chronos Avantis.
- Grouper with greens in kakavia broth Sauvignon Blanc paired with Drumo Sun-Giannis.
- Yogurt cream with red fruits, crispy meringue and olive oil tulle paired with Homemade baked raki.
