Fysika 2024 at the Athens Conservatoire.

1 day, 55 wineries, 200+ wines! FYSIKA returns on Sunday, November 3rd and transforms the Athens Conservatoire into a colorful wine festival!
From Thrace to Crete and from Ikaria to the Peloponnese, wineries from all over the country will bring their wines to the historic site of the Conservatory where the breadth and dynamics of Greek natural wine will be presented.
Organic, biodynamic, sulphites, indigenous yeasts, unclarified, unfiltered, will fill your glasses and tell their unique stories.
Next to Greek producers this year, FYSIKA NATURAL hosts 6 wineries from Italy, Serbia and Georgia, countries with a long tradition in natural winemaking.
Within a day you will taste over 200 wines of minimal interventions and meet their creators.
Their wines are pure, environmentally friendly and above all very tasty!
With us at the Athens Conservatory will be the Terrible Child with breads made of natural sourdough, Karamanlidika by Fanis with fine cheeses and for our dessert Maraboo with wine ice cream.
On November 3rd we celebrate once again the independent producers, their work, their respect for nature and above all their characterful wines that represent their personalities and the diverse terroirs they come from. Sustainability & Organization We love wines that come from organic or biodynamic vineyards because they connect modern winemaking and harmony with nature.
Natural wines are grown in a clean environment, without additives, synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, where plants and land bloom.
Their vinification is done with little or no sulphites, without clarifiers and commercial yeasts.
The exhibition equipment is specially designed for reuse and made with environmentally friendly materials, excluding single-use plastics.
In 2023, 2,000 glass bottles were recycled and 2,120 pieces of cigarette butts and 1,400 pieces of cork were composted.
