Chef’s Table Giannis Parikos at Petite Fleur.
One of the most famous Chefs of his generation is Giannis Parikos. In addition to his experience in well-known Greek restaurants such as Spondi, Hytra, Water Restaurant at the Sani Asterias Suites Hotel, Life Gallery, Cash, etc., he also received training in prestigious restaurants abroad. His modern sense of taste has been demonstrated at Varoulko, the famous Michelin restaurant in Piraeus, where he began his culinary career with Lefteris Lazarou in 2016.
