Central Wine Fair 2023: Comes with a record number of participants and 46 wine producers from Attica, Thessaly and Central Greece!

The established annual meeting of producers from Attica, Thessaly and Central Greece, beloved by wine lovers and professionals, Central Wine Fair, is coming on Monday, December 11 at the Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel. Aiming to introduce its visitors to three impressive terroir that constitute the “heart” of mainland Greece, the participations in producers have exceeded all precedents.

Forty-six winemakers meet in Athens to present their wines, their vineyards, and to highlight the local treasures of the three wine-growing zones. Among them are the emblematic wineries of the three great wine-growing zones but also many young up-and-coming winemakers who come to emphasize the continuous development that is taking place.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a unique masterclass, with instructor the first Greek Master Sommelier and one of only 275 in the world, Eleftherios Chanialidis MS. Entitled “5 varieties – different perspectives”, Mr. Chanialidis will highlight all aspects and diversity that characterizes the vineyards of Attica, Thessaly and Central Greece.
