Central Wine Fair 2022

The 3rd Central Wine Fair is coming to Grand Hyatt Athens.

With a large participation of wineries and a plethora of wines comes Central Wine Fair 2022, which returns in a festive atmosphere on Monday, December 12 with exceptional dynamics.

The third edition of the exhibition brings under the roof of the Grand Hyatt Athens hotel, 37 special winemakers and their vision. All producers participating in the event are members of the associations of Thessaly (ENOATHE), Central Greece (ENOAKE) and Attica (ENOAA).

Central Wine Fair is characterized by the huge diversity of different styles of wine it offers. Visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to taste in one day wines from Mount Olympus and the mountains of Central Greece, to Attica and its coasts. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight the diversity of the regions and their common characteristics. Behind the stands, “ready-to-fight” producers will be willing to guide the public to the special terroirs, the unique vinifications of indigenous and international varieties but also to special styles of wines. What is more, Central Wine Fair brings together all the new efforts, experiments and quests of the great productions it hosts.

The event is addressed to both professionals and wine lovers and has been designed by the regional associations in order to highlight the quality, diversity, and identity of wines from the three great winegrowing regions. The exhibition is a wonderful opportunity both for professionals who will seek classic favorites and multiple new discoveries and for the young public, the “rookies” of wine who are thirsty to learn about their favorite product.

The Central Wine Fair will take place in the brand new hall of Grand Hyatt Athens, Aristotle, from 12:00 to 21:00. Professionals are advised to prefer the morning or midday hours. The entrance fee to the Central Wine Fair is 8€ with advance purchase via viva until December 9 and 12€ (8€ student) from December 10 or on-site at the event.
